This is specialized healthcare ground transportation that supports medical flight operations — not general airport transportation. XZYON does not operate aircraft or provide air ambulance services; we handle the ground legs that connect a medical flight to a hospital or healthcare facility.

- Picking up a medical flight crew, traveling to a healthcare facility to receive a patient, and transporting the crew and patient back to the airport
How XZYON Coordinates
Coordinated around the flight schedule
We coordinate directly with the medical flight program and the receiving facility to confirm timing on both ends of the ground transport — airport pickup or drop-off, and the hospital or facility involved.
BLS Capabilities
Transports are staffed with two licensed EMS personnel providing basic life support (BLS) care within XZYON’s authorized scope.

- Supplemental oxygen
XZYON currently provides BLS-level medical transportation. Advanced life support (ALS) is not currently offered.
Requesting this transportation
XZYON accepts both advance-scheduled and same-day transportation requests, including long-distance transports. Contact Dispatch to discuss availability and coordinate the details of a transport.
