How XZYON Coordinates
A predictable handoff, start to finish
We communicate directly with your discharge planning or case management team to confirm pickup timing, the receiving destination, and any transport-specific details before the crew arrives. The goal is a transport your team can plan around — clear communication and professional execution, without adding uncertainty to an already busy discharge process.
BLS Capabilities
Transports are staffed with two licensed EMS personnel providing basic life support (BLS) care within XZYON’s authorized scope.

XZYON currently provides BLS-level medical transportation. Advanced life support (ALS) is not currently offered.

XZYON accepts both advance-scheduled and same-day transportation requests, including long-distance transports. Contact Dispatch to discuss availability and coordinate the details of a transport.
