Coordinated for transfer centers and care teams
Transfer centers, nursing supervisors, and case managers rely on XZYON to move a patient between facilities as part of an ongoing plan of care. We coordinate directly with both the sending and receiving facility so the transfer is well-communicated on both ends.

How XZYON Coordinates
Direct communication with both facilities
We confirm transfer timing and any relevant details with your team ahead of the transport, and communicate with the receiving facility so the handoff on arrival is expected and straightforward. XZYON accepts interfacility transfers on both an advance-scheduled and same-day basis, including long-distance transfers.
BLS Capabilities
Transports are staffed with two licensed EMS personnel providing basic life support (BLS) care within XZYON’s authorized scope.

XZYON currently provides BLS-level medical transportation. Advanced life support (ALS) is not currently offered.
