How XZYON Coordinates
Working with your care team
Referring facilities and case managers coordinate directly with XZYON to arrange a psychiatric or behavioral-health transport. We confirm the details in advance with your team so the transport is conducted respectfully and without unnecessary disruption to the patient.
BLS Capabilities
Transports are staffed with two licensed EMS personnel providing basic life support (BLS) care within XZYON’s authorized scope.
- Two licensed EMS personnel on every transport
- Full set of vital signs
- Supplemental oxygen
XZYON currently provides BLS-level medical transportation. Advanced life support (ALS) is not currently offered.
Requesting this transportation
XZYON accepts both advance-scheduled and same-day transportation requests, including long-distance transports. Contact Dispatch to discuss availability and coordinate the details of a transport.
